Aluminum Outdoor Dining Chair Set of 2 - Levanto - Rust-Proof Aluminum

Details at a Glance

Powder-coated aluminum frames resist rust and salt air, and the performance polyester fabric dries quickly after rain without spotting or mildew. The SUNPAN Levanto outdoor dining chair set delivers contract-grade construction in a set of two, available at LOOMLAN Outdoor with free shipping. Each 14 lb chair stands 29.5 inches tall with a 20.5-inch seat height and arrives ready to use -- no assembly required.

Will the Aluminum Frame Rust or Corrode in Coastal Air?

No, the powder-coated aluminum construction resists rust even in humid, salt-heavy environments. Aluminum doesn't oxidize the way ferrous metals do, so the frame stays structurally sound through full sun, rain, and coastal spray. The factory finish is rated for contract-grade outdoor use, meaning it's been tested for high-traffic hospitality settings where weather exposure is constant and chairs can't be brought inside every night.

How Do You Clean and Store These Over Winter?

Wipe down the performance fabric and frame with mild soap and water; the polyester upholstery is rated for medium-duty outdoor use and resists fading under UV. You can leave the chairs out year-round in most climates -- the aluminum frame won't crack in freezing temperatures -- but storing them in a shed or covering them with breathable outdoor furniture covers extends the fabric's life in areas with heavy snow or ice. Avoid plastic tarps that trap moisture against the fabric.

Where Do These Chairs Work Best on a Deck or Patio?

The armless silhouette tucks neatly under table aprons, so they're ideal for outdoor dining sets where floor space is tight or you want to pull chairs fully out of a walkway. Pair them with a powder-coated metal or teak table on a covered porch, or use them around an outdoor counter dining set for a cohesive look. The neutral Everest Greige and Vista Ganache colorways anchor both coastal and modern schemes, and at 14 lb each, they're light enough to rearrange but heavy enough not to skitter in wind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the fabric fade in direct sun?

The performance polyester is rated for medium-duty outdoor use and resists UV fading, though all outdoor fabrics soften gradually over years of full-sun exposure.

Is the chair light enough to move but stable in wind?

At 14 lb per chair, you can reposition them easily, and the weight is enough that moderate gusts won't tip them if they're empty.

Can these stay outside all year?

Yes, the rust-proof aluminum frame and weather-resistant fabric handle year-round exposure in most climates, though storing or covering them in heavy snow extends fabric life.

What makes a chair contract-grade?

Contract-grade seating meets stricter standards for frame welds, weight capacity, and finish durability, designed for high-traffic restaurant and hotel use.

Do the chairs ship fully assembled?

Yes, each chair arrives ready to use with no assembly required; free curbside delivery is included to the continental USA.

How do these compare to stackable patio chairs?

The Levanto is not stackable, but its aluminum frame offers the same rust resistance and lighter weight you'd find in stackable metal designs, with the added comfort of cushioned upholstery.
